A Family Meeting

*UPDATED for Clarity***  We decided to update fan here today instead of on Twitter due to the barrage of hatred we receive for simply reporting upon Sussex pair. A meeting did take place between HMTQ & Sussex Family in private setting. HMTQ suggested a  Family photograph be taken and it was agreed by all to do so. The photograph was taken by Royal photographer and is not property of Sussex. It will remain with HMTQ and reasons for this are obvious. It was a delightful reunion and HMTQ is pleased. Tomorrow, June 4, a small gathering  will take place at Frogmore and there may be another photograph taken to mark the occasion (depending on everyone agreeing upon the idea). Rest assured the Family photographs from these brief get togethers will not be exploited!

    Was the meeting just them (Sussex and Queen)? Or the family lunch they usually have after TTC (whole family)? Was the picture of all grandchildren or just Sussex children?

      Sounds like it. Though why withold the pic if you consented to taking it. But honestly how could you turn the request down politely? Withholding the picture from them can be spun just as negatively as turning down the request. I imagine we will hear all about it once the festivities are over. They will say the demand to see the photo is overwhelming to try and get HM to release it.

      My understanding is that any/all pics stay with the HMTQ and that the Sussex's did were not the photographers. I really hope that I'm correct in this.

      The Cambridges were in Wales for the Dayand C n C were also otherwise engaged. Both couples then attended the concert last night.

    @BarkJack, so are those PR pieces in Daily Mail, Sun, etc. about the duo meeting the Queen yesterday and today's "birthday party at Frogmore" leaked by the duo /& their PR? Having a hard time believing that the BP would do this if they won't even share a photo and refuse to dignify the press with any comments. Won't these leaks annoy/anger BP?

      I agree. Remember when it started off with the Queen going to Frogmore for the bday party, then it was multiple meetings at Windsor, then it was one meeting with Lilli, now it's a "formal" 15 minute meeting with some saying it was even shorter. Sounds like there was no meeting at all. It doesn't matter how good "sources" are, unless the Palace comes out and says it, I don't believe it. And there were no kids...how can anyone think they were there and just hidden away for the weekend? No pap shots AT ALL the whole time? You can be sure Meghan would've shoved at least Archie out to be papped while she was riding around in that bulletproof car and idiotically rolled down the window. As if she wouldn't showboat somehow if her kids were actually there, especially Lilli. The Queen isn't as sentimental as people think...I don't think she wants anything to do with Harry, definitely not Meghan and dare I say she really isn't that interested in meeting her great grandkids of this duo who are hellbent on ruining the institution she has built up and represented these last 70 years. They stole her private nickname, for god's sake. I doubt the Queen is happy with that at ALL.

    I think the arrangements for this PJ weekend were a precaution to the couple, if you will, to PH in particular. A warning of sorts. The Queen, PC and PW telling him indirectly "Look, this reception is the consequence of your actions. We cannot promise you that it will get better, but you can be assured that it might get worse, if you continue on the same path of destructive behaviour towards RF, both as an institution and the representatives of the Monarchy and as your family. You better heed and learn, because this was the last precaution. We have finally had enough.".

 We have done a ton of digging overnight. Our sources say the meeting with HMTQ was secondary to first meeting with Prince Charles. This is accurate. Prince Harry was then only given an audience with HMTQ if he APOLOGIZED and smoothed the waters during his time with her and listen to her concerns and directives.  He was summoned - ORDERED - to attend this UK stop - especially given the duo were due in Netherlands together.  Netflix did NOT accompany the pair in or around the meeting and Harry was ORDERED to keep family matters private by not filming or recording the meeting.
