Elon Musk Launches Hostile Takeover of Twitter

Tesla CEO Elon Musk is trying to take over Twitter for more than $40B US. 
We told our followers days ago at our Twitter account @BarkJack_ this was brewing when he declined a seat on the board. 

In a regulatory filing, Twitter revealed that Musk has offered to buy up all outstanding shares in the company for $54.20 US a share. With 800 million shares out there, that values the company at just over $43 billion US. 

Once again, our followers had the accurate picture. This new development gives us hope that we may be able to continue breaking triple verified news about your favorite celebrities without issue on the platform.

We are two, very real media collaborators who had longstanding careers in Italian News-Media. A man manipulated Twitter's API to launch a mass-reporting of our old account until it was permanently suspended AND continues to lie and harass us daily.

We remain steadfast in our goal to bring you unbiased, un opinionated news as well as break news before any other outlet. We have a solid track record of doing so! 

We decided to respectfully take a break for a few days and enjoy the Easter Weekend with our Families.

 Astonishingly particularly on Twitter as many of you have witnessed, accounts who break news on or speak on (favorable or not) the duplicit duo are being silenced, banned and permenantly suspended with no warning or recourse option. Not only that, we are a testament that real, verifiable businesses associated with accounts discussing H&M are also taken down. Yes, entire innocent networks are being algorithmically banned just by way of being identified in a social media network. It happened to @Barkjack.  We have done a ton of digging overnight. Our sources say the meeting with HMTQ was secondary to first meeting with Prince Charles. This is accurate. Prince Harry was then only given an audience with HMTQ if he APOLOGIZED and smoothed the waters during his time with her and listen to her concerns and directives.  He was summoned - ORDERED - to attend this UK stop - especially given the duo were due in Netherlands together.  Netflix did NOT accompany the pair in or around the meeting and Harry was ORDERED to keep family matters private by not filming or recording the meeting.
